Do I have to sign a long contract?

No- we operate on a rolling monthly basis. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no cancellation fee.

How long does it take to build my website?

Most Websites are built within 7-14 days of on boarding, we prioritize functionality and aesthetic over speed, however we deliver every website as soon as possible.

Do I pay anything upfront?

We require a 50% deposit before work begins to secure your project. This includes up to £25 towards your domain name, covering your domain cost for the entire year. Your monthly subscription starts from the date your website goes live

What do I need to provide?

Once your deposit is paid we'll send you a simple on-boarding form covering your business details, preferred colors, logo, services and anything else we need. We handle everything else from there.

How does the photography work?

We arrange a professional photographer to visit your location at a preferred date and time every 3 months, to capture fresh images for your website, email marketing and any other uses.

Can I upgrade from Website only to Full Package?

Absolutely, just let us know and we will upgrade you straight away.

Do I need to Buy a Domain?

Yes- we recommend you purchase your own domain through GoDaddy or Namecheap. This typically costs £10-15 per year and we cover the cost for you up to £25, so domain hosting is free.
